- newly joined people are not easily accepted in some teams - some leads ('model') who are already in company since 2016 consider them as bosses of their individual team - I questioned the quality of code written by such lead ('model' - sdet lead but she mentions herself as project qa lead) and I was literally humilated and was asked about my interview process as who took my interviews. I was told that I do not know basics of coding. - I came to know such leads have better reach to directors of project as they are older in company and my appraisal is now finished - my feedback to team's manager was provided very poorely and was informed that I do not know what coding is. - At the time of joining I was told that I would work in some core api automation development but was later deployed to some production support with my job being monitoring logs of application running in production. - and the most hilarious and conceited character there is qa architect himself, he is surely not from earth. I do not know in what fascinating world he lives as he gives lecture on designing some Different automation framework. Mind my words 'give lectures' but himself do not do anything. - newly joined team members would be expected to understand the complete KT and become productive and work just like any other older team member within days of joining any team
