Pros

Fixed work timings Cab transport

Cons

The DevOps team is mostly a support team which just works on resolving jira tickets. You will get random tickets with developers getting on your head to resolve minor issues. They have 2 teams SRE & Infra team with no logic behind the naming of the teams. Sre team works on setting up the ci/cd while getting no access on the infra side of things while infra team is just responsible for the infrastructure. They will propose to migrate to k8s and build many things during interviews but just a limited number of teams use k8s for which when the tickets are created, they obviously wont be assigned to you since the seniors equally dont want you to work on something interesting after taking your interview heavily on k8s. They are using Azure Webapps completely and the k8s migration wont happen in a while. Learning opportunity & career growth is very less with repetitive tickets to work on everyday. You might be left with the same skillset even after working here for an year, nothing new to explore and learn.

Pros

Work from home, great benefits, flexible PTO, competitive pay, bonus structure, 401k match.

Cons

A more Horizontal corporate structure than most other companies can leave you working more independently than most other companies. It's a global company so some of your partners may be on the other side of the planet. It's a very asynchronous company and some employees may struggle to adjust to the freedom and accountability.

Pros

The product managers were very helpful. They are the reason why Bold gets one star. Also, if you've been there for 4 years or more, you seem to like it.

Cons

I've never been so stressed in the first 30 days of a job. The senior manager gossiped about me and didn't have the knowledge to execute or to properly define expectations. I couldn't get feedback or clear expectations from the VP on down. It was like I was supposed to read minds. My advice is to run away.
