1. Ownership - you find a problem and want to fix it, by all means go ahead - no one will say hey that's not your job! 2. Fast paced - a multi million dollar company growing at such a fast pace - there is always enough and more to do. you have to draw your own boundaries else the work is so exciting that it can suck you in. 3. Career - for folks who do well but it is up to one level. 4. Someone who loves - work balance life then it is the best place. 5. Excellent product team. 6. Excellent senior management and HR.

1. There is always enough and more super-exciting things to do. But if you are stuck at a old project then there is nothing to do. 2.
