- Welcoming friendly culture at all levels, if you have any questions, team members from Junior to CEO level are open to answering them - Strong team culture, supportive, engaging, exciting projects - Creative/Branding is fantastic - Supportive management structure with a defined career path for all - Generous on pay and benefits

Cons

NA- I really enjoy working here a lot and it is the best company I have worked for by a long shot.

I was so excited to take this job because I had heard BOLD was different from other agencies. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Leadership on my team was sorely lacking, and everyone was too busy being overloaded to pitch in to help a new employee learn the ropes. I got consistently positive feedback on my work but was still made to feel like a cog in a machine with no real chance for growth. Pay was poor and I was frequently expected to work overtime with no compensation-- even though BOLD has a policy to pay back overtime work, I was directly told by my manager that I should not use it. When I tried anyway, the request was ignored.
