      Management is very thoughtful, compassionate, flexible, honest, and willing to compensate for a job well done!

      Cons

      It is mostly a virtual company, so there aren't many opportunities to meet and interact with your coworkers face-to-face. (This isn't really a company con.)

      Pros

      Boost presented a wide variety of work.

      Cons

      Poor leadership with very little respect for staff. Boost does not embody their own core values. Also very long work hours and you are punished for saying no to routinely working weekends or taking time off for family.
