To provide teams an opportunity to fix broken processes, we have opened up the option of setting up your own BOXX Lunches where we pay for the team's lunch, while they work on solving the problems. Our CEO also reminds everyone each month to submit questions prior to the company meeting so that we can give you information that you feel you are missing. And we do have the ping pong table now, as well as a lounge area to sit and relax when you want. You guys need to take more advantage of both of those things. We know that there is always room for improvement so we appreciate your comments and advice.
