Freedom in projects, decent pay, encouraged to take the reins on certain things.

Cons

Disorganized, strange club of few employees that have worked there for +10 years. Employees being constantly and rudely harassed, mostly by other employees who are hung over and and expect everyone to take their garbage. Old-School tech company. Creepy staff full of paranoid gossips and bullies.
