As a small company, we do like everyone to be here each day so that we can easily meet when needed. We do listen to suggestions, so make sure you mention the flexible work hours in our next round of BOXX Lunches. Or better yet, send me a proposal on what you think might work....keeping the customer in mind when suggesting a solution.
