The people you work with are great.

Cons

The leadership is a joke. I have seen them in yelling argument. Departments are pitted against one another and they so not take care of their employees. When I had an issue I went to HR and they told me if I did not like it I should look for something else. It is a boys club, not a place for women.

It's unfortunate that you feel this way. We take pride in the fact that BOXX is a great place to work and our turnover numbers reflect that. Both in 2014 and in 2015 we had 2 resignations each of those years, which was less than 1% turnover in that entire time period. As for a boys club, we have more females (22%) and minorities (22%) now, and our management team includes 25% females/minorities as well. We strive to be diverse and inclusive of all types of employees, allowing for a more creative environment.
