For a size of ~16 people and 5 people sitting in the company office it is just unbearable amount of politics. It does seem to be a open company initially but then it takes a while to understand that they are just playing politics. I have seen here how management fools (come on management is 3 folks and people working in company are 2, can you just imagine how bad it is) people who work by this bad cop good cop thing, finally all the "management" does is fool employees one more time.

Good company to start career with has more flat structure of reporting, Good learning curve and a supportive leadership

Small organization, risks as involved with small company. constrained space to work extended work times due lack of ample resource, tighter deadlines.. but all good to during learning phase.
