Motivated, caring, and committed employees. Mission driven and willing to adopt good ideas from anyone in the organization.

Cons

Not too many downsides to this company. Some of the staff are inexperienced, but for the most part they only higher very competent professionals.

Pros

Amazing organization where you truly feel you are making a difference in the community and schools. I have never worked with more brilliant or driven colleagues as well. I work with a group of people who are not only brillant but so devoted and focused on the work that we do. I feel so much support from my team, supervisor as well as leadership.

Cons

There are a lot of partnerships and affiliates that we work with so it can be hard to know everyone. Company is working on this by offering more staff get togethers
