Pros
Great co workers..good place to learn and start a career. Pay not the best but not the worst...
Cons
No HR department in house..Outsourced to an 800#. Profit sharing was huge selling point on why to work there. They have not paid one in 4 years. Not very receptive to new ideas or process improvement. Need upgrade to internal IT...I wish they woukd assist in remote laptops or cell phones. Only a few managers have that...Owner is smart but not a good people person....struggles with connecting on the employee level...
