Pros

-Great benefits: Paid Health Insurance. Time off after 6 Months. Sick Time every Month accrued. -Culture: It is the most collaborative, less stressful environment I have ever worked with within company. -Management: There has been a few people in management and recruiting who are tailored to make the company head in a positive, open door policy. Most companies micro manage in some sort of way, in BQE, no sense of that yet. Time: M-F type of job and weekends off. Plus all major holidays off with some extras too.

Cons

Pay: Starting pay isn't that great compared to other companies, but they promote growth with results and have a compensation plan to make up for it so it balances out. Hiring Process: It took a while to go from start to first day on the job. But not a real con but wished it was a shorter process.

Pros

Great Team, Great Managers/Leadership. Quota is attainable and realistic.

Cons

Wish they had unlimited PTO. Haven't spoken much about career growth.

Pros

CEO is involved (can be a blessing and a curse) and always willing to talk

Cons

Complete micromanagement, we are talking daily check-ins on what was accomplished and what is to be accomplished, with a dedicated point system that only the head of the team "understands". They will be sure to correct you too if they feel you've dedicated "too many points" to a task. Be prepared to be questioned on everything you do in a day / week. No HR team despite being a company size that definitely should. Anything HR related you'll be discussing with an office manager. Benefits are the weakest I've seen in tech. No formal maternity / paternity leave. So if that's in your future, you'd have to be okay with zero. No 401k matching. And a measly 10 days of PTO a year.
