Pros

BQE is a great place to start your career after college. Everyone is very nice and treats you like family. Managers are patient in helping you learn and grow within your role. There are many benefits including free food, small on-site gym, new building feel, fun company events, 100% health insurance, etc. They are also flexible with your schedule (for good reasons) which I highly appreciate.

Cons

There isn't a set career growth plan for individuals, so you can expect to work in the same role and do the same thing for awhile. However, I know they are making efforts to make one (it's just taking some time to implement it). Also, I do have to agree with other reviewers that BQE isn't really known for having the best pay in the industry (but there are small incentives for making the sales goal every month). The office location isn't in a great place either, there are no good food locations and very far from freeways.

Pros

Great Team, Great Managers/Leadership. Quota is attainable and realistic.

Cons

Wish they had unlimited PTO. Haven't spoken much about career growth.

Pros

CEO is involved (can be a blessing and a curse) and always willing to talk

Cons

Complete micromanagement, we are talking daily check-ins on what was accomplished and what is to be accomplished, with a dedicated point system that only the head of the team "understands". They will be sure to correct you too if they feel you've dedicated "too many points" to a task. Be prepared to be questioned on everything you do in a day / week. No HR team despite being a company size that definitely should. Anything HR related you'll be discussing with an office manager. Benefits are the weakest I've seen in tech. No formal maternity / paternity leave. So if that's in your future, you'd have to be okay with zero. No 401k matching. And a measly 10 days of PTO a year.
