Steady paycheck. Medical, dental, vision coverage

Cons

A lot of people working here put on a mask that they’re ok with the way the company and management functions and then behind closed doors there’s toxic gossip and negativity. So many unhappy people, some of which leave and say they have little to show for their time here. Just a lot of bad vibes, really sad to experience this level of toxicity. Also, most I’ve interacted with receive little to no training in their jobs, myself included. This isn’t the way to invest in your people and set them up for success.

CEO is involved (can be a blessing and a curse) and always willing to talk

Complete micromanagement, we are talking daily check-ins on what was accomplished and what is to be accomplished, with a dedicated point system that only the head of the team "understands". They will be sure to correct you too if they feel you've dedicated "too many points" to a task. Be prepared to be questioned on everything you do in a day / week. No HR team despite being a company size that definitely should. Anything HR related you'll be discussing with an office manager. Benefits are the weakest I've seen in tech. No formal maternity / paternity leave. So if that's in your future, you'd have to be okay with zero. No 401k matching. And a measly 10 days of PTO a year.
