Pros

From the past 9 years, I worked for BQE Software and have seen good and bad times. It is not easy to run a company at a place where you cannot even get basic amenities of life. This company has always progressed, even if the economy got badly hit, it still stood its ground. During the turmoil in Kashmir, this company has created jobs and kept its pace with the outside world. I have learned a lot from the people who were around me especially my Manager, Vice President (training and consulting). I must admit that it was an uphill drive with him but at the same time, he mentored me to become a better professional. Some amazing and really dedicated colleagues! Finally, I would like to thank the management especially our CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, and all the colleagues. It was a pleasure being part of this amazing company.

Cons

In my opinion, the initial salary is a bit low which would need to be worked on. Some Office tours to different office locations like - Australia and USA for people who have grown old in this company.

Pros

Great Team, Great Managers/Leadership. Quota is attainable and realistic.

Cons

Wish they had unlimited PTO. Haven't spoken much about career growth.

Pros

CEO is involved (can be a blessing and a curse) and always willing to talk

Cons

Complete micromanagement, we are talking daily check-ins on what was accomplished and what is to be accomplished, with a dedicated point system that only the head of the team "understands". They will be sure to correct you too if they feel you've dedicated "too many points" to a task. Be prepared to be questioned on everything you do in a day / week. No HR team despite being a company size that definitely should. Anything HR related you'll be discussing with an office manager. Benefits are the weakest I've seen in tech. No formal maternity / paternity leave. So if that's in your future, you'd have to be okay with zero. No 401k matching. And a measly 10 days of PTO a year.
