Pros

no positive thing except some fast food on last friday of the month

Cons

Kashmir office is famous for all the bad things. I joined BQE company based on a reputation that they might be paying well (6 figure salary for boot-licking managers ) but it was all a cover-up , they pay less than a salesman of departmental store. All the managers are greedy and are not ready to give you any appreciation if you don't do boot-licking . Boot-licking is in the blood of managers who are sadist and derive a pleasure from the pain of poor employees. They are the ultimate rulers of the Kashmir office even HR has no power over them. When the annual budget comes for Kashmir office they make it sure that 80% of appraisal goes to them e.g an average employee gets 3-4k hike in salary once a year but a manager gets 15-20k hike.Every year salary indifference is raised and poor employee becomes poorer. Our so called Managing director thinks buying a car is a major success and he always brags about the traffic jams outside his office but little he knows that only 10% of cars are bought on salary and only by managers, other cars are either on loan or inherited.

Pros

Great Team, Great Managers/Leadership. Quota is attainable and realistic.

Cons

Wish they had unlimited PTO. Haven't spoken much about career growth.

Pros

CEO is involved (can be a blessing and a curse) and always willing to talk

Cons

Complete micromanagement, we are talking daily check-ins on what was accomplished and what is to be accomplished, with a dedicated point system that only the head of the team "understands". They will be sure to correct you too if they feel you've dedicated "too many points" to a task. Be prepared to be questioned on everything you do in a day / week. No HR team despite being a company size that definitely should. Anything HR related you'll be discussing with an office manager. Benefits are the weakest I've seen in tech. No formal maternity / paternity leave. So if that's in your future, you'd have to be okay with zero. No 401k matching. And a measly 10 days of PTO a year.
