Pros

1. Friendly environment. 2. You get to work with talented people. So, it is a good option for freshers to learn. 3. Work is divided into different layers and every layer has a specific team. 4. Infrastructure is fine. 5. Salary is always on time. 6. You get a personal workstation and cubical to work. 7. You've full IT support and they take care of every software and hardware related issue. 8. Cab facility or Travel Allowance is provided. 9. Weekend off. 10. You can easily approach management and talk to them and immediate action will be taken if you're facing anything which is against company policy.

Cons

1. Once you're hired for a specific purpose then it is very difficult to change your role. 2. Work from home was never an option regardless of harsh or extreme situations. But after COVID they might consider this option. 3. They are very strict about 9 to 6 timings. 4. Low salary. They want employees to do quality work and pay them the worst salary. If you're planning to stay there then it'll be a hand-to-mouth situation for you. 5. Whenever an employee leaves this company it takes them a lot of time to decide and fill replacement. 6. There are certain teams in which your skills will be limited and there is no policy for team/department change. 7. This company is more focused on customers rather than employees. 8. There are other companies with lesser revenue but offer better packages and perks. 9. They want to grow exponentially but at the same time, they'll provide linear growth to employees. 10. They believe in quantity rather than quality. For example, instead of hiring a good professional @50K/m they prefer to hire 3 professionals. 11. They say that we have an office here to create employment in Kashmir which is completely wrong. The actual reason is that they are saving a lot of money by getting working done here in Kashmir. The payroll of 15 to 20 people in the U.S might be the entire payroll of the Kashmir Office. It is true and our management knows it. 11. Lot of people come there in cars. Management and other people think that it is because of the salary that they have in BQE. Believe me, it will be very difficult for you to buy and maintain a good car on your salary. 12. If you want to marry and you don't have financial support from your family. Either you have to be unmarried for a long time or you might be able to afford a very simple marriage. 13. One-man show. The CEO is the one who decides and runs everything. Whatever he says is followed no matter if he is right or wrong. He decides everything and sees numbers (revenue) from his perspective and expectations. 14. Those who are saying "It is very hard to run a company in a place like this". He should come out of his cave and see the other companies in Kashmir. He is living in the stone age. 15. You might compromise with everything but you'll get frustrated financially. You can talk to any married person and see how are his expenses and salary going. Talk to any professional working there for more than two years and you'll come to know about the truth. 16. If happy hour meals like pizza and other stuff make you happier than any other thing then you're at the right place.

Pros

Great Team, Great Managers/Leadership. Quota is attainable and realistic.

Cons

Wish they had unlimited PTO. Haven't spoken much about career growth.

Pros

CEO is involved (can be a blessing and a curse) and always willing to talk

Cons

Complete micromanagement, we are talking daily check-ins on what was accomplished and what is to be accomplished, with a dedicated point system that only the head of the team "understands". They will be sure to correct you too if they feel you've dedicated "too many points" to a task. Be prepared to be questioned on everything you do in a day / week. No HR team despite being a company size that definitely should. Anything HR related you'll be discussing with an office manager. Benefits are the weakest I've seen in tech. No formal maternity / paternity leave. So if that's in your future, you'd have to be okay with zero. No 401k matching. And a measly 10 days of PTO a year.
