Pros

The office is in Srinagar

Cons

I can see reviews against new Management policies and CTO has done this and that but what about KO management and our so-called Directors|Leaders. Over the last couple of months, most BQE employees got good opportunities and they left on good notes. All employees' duration with BQE is in between 5- 15 years. So why did KO management and our so-called Directors, Leaders didn't arrange a farewell for them as they had given their blood and sweat to this company?

Great Team, Great Managers/Leadership. Quota is attainable and realistic.

Wish they had unlimited PTO. Haven't spoken much about career growth.

Pros

CEO is involved (can be a blessing and a curse) and always willing to talk

Cons

Complete micromanagement, we are talking daily check-ins on what was accomplished and what is to be accomplished, with a dedicated point system that only the head of the team "understands". They will be sure to correct you too if they feel you've dedicated "too many points" to a task. Be prepared to be questioned on everything you do in a day / week. No HR team despite being a company size that definitely should. Anything HR related you'll be discussing with an office manager. Benefits are the weakest I've seen in tech. No formal maternity / paternity leave. So if that's in your future, you'd have to be okay with zero. No 401k matching. And a measly 10 days of PTO a year.
