Pros

Brain Corp handling of the COVID situation (WFH) and precautions Upgraded building in the last year with free EV charging and a gym Has potential

Cons

Worse than high school; cliques, immaturity and pockets of mean people 1990's culture: good luck ladies! Women are in the 'typical' roles (HR, Marketing), a few others scattered around. I think if an idea comes from a woman it's a lot less likely to get listened to than if that same idea came from man. Unless she's mean maybe. Lots of mixed messages - we're doing great, we have a lot of market opportunities, oh wait, we just laid off around 10% of the people! That's been super sad and a shock

Pros

- Great environment to learn, try new things, and get exposed to all sides of robotics - Many opportunities to show your worth and take ownership - Engineering organization is flexible, communicative, and understanding. - Generally a good work-life balance.

Cons

- Executive and product team seems clueless on how the company will continue to make money - Company is trying to sell too many products without even having any flagship products that consistently make money - Still run like a startup that sustains itself on engineers being understaffed and overworking themselves to keep the company above water - Corporate side of the company is completely disconnected from engineering
