      - Some late nights - Not much culture outside of happy hour and usual holiday events - Staffing lacks transparency - Large variation in duration of client engagements (Couple weeks - 1 year plus)

      Pros

      Learn from really smart people on interesting projects. Standard of quality is very high - most of the work product ultimately ends up in front of courts or regulators. Lots of opportunity for development and working in different groups.

      Usually engaged by law firms on behalf of clients.
