      The people and the work is a lot of fun.

      Cons

      Travel Monday - Thursday every week. Very short staffed at times (there are ebbs and flows like any consulting firm).

      Learn from really smart people on interesting projects. Standard of quality is very high - most of the work product ultimately ends up in front of courts or regulators. Lots of opportunity for development and working in different groups.

      Usually engaged by law firms on behalf of clients.
