Many other consultancies offer better pay and benefits packages; BRG does not offer a competitive career compensation trajectory (evident by lots of turnover in junior consultants). There was lots of gate-keeping regarding taking on more responsibilities and taking “the next step.” There is poor diversity at the company, which is strongly reflected in the company’s/office’s culture and leadership. Senior management has lots of room for improvement.
