Pros
Nice locations across the country Ability to work on some interesting projects and with some really smart people. Diversity seems to be important to many, but I don't think those in charge of it understand it.
Cons
In today's changing market, they have leadership that seems to be a bit tone deaf regarding return to office. Not everyone is like this, it appears as though there are pockets of leadership that allow their folks the flexibility. Need to have more staff available with some experience. While I understand the importance of utilization, its not healthy to burn staff out, especially if you are expecting them to commute in several days a week. Don't expect us to recruit, that is what recruiting is for. Need more inclusive culture and values system in place. Seems to be very different across the various practices.
