Motivated staff with dedication to their their work and clients. Members of the staff want to grow and advance the business. Compensation.
Cons
Early company with a lot of foundation still being built. The onboarding for the HR team and members was lacking due to poor time management of HR leadership. This creates a lack of connection and collaboration across the team. Leadership is more eager to exit employees than build development at times. No strategy to organize the team so the works felt tactical.
