Pros
Accessibility | The executive and supervisory teams are down to earth, accessible and lovely. I’ve always felt comfortable reaching out to them about questions, potential business development opportunities, concerns, etc. Culture | From the top down, BRMi is brimming (truly) with good people who are willing to lend a helping hand. They’re inclusive, provide mentorship and training workshops, and look for ways to involve employees on internal project opportunities, particularly when you make it clear that you’re enthusiastic and receptive. It’s clear that they’re rooting for their employees and teammates to succeed. Benefits | They offer a generous benefits package from health/dental/vision insurance to exercise reimbursement to education/training reimbursement, PTO, referral incentives, etc.
Cons
As with any company in this industry, close to 100% of employee time is on contract site. That can feel isolating, particularly if you’re on a small team or sub contract, but the mentorship program, monthly lunching opportunities, scheduled company calls and quarterly events help keep you connected as long as you’re making the effort to stay involved, too.
