BRMi truly puts its employees first and is very open about the state of the company. Senior leadership, starting with Mike Battle, is very approachable and is always trying to keep the employees engaged in a variety of ways including quarterly all-hands meetings, corporate events, community outreach events, and an open door policy. The company urges employees to share their thoughts and ideas, and conducts surveys at times to help with employee feedback. It is not easy when you have employees scattered throughout the DC Metro area at various client sites but BRMi does a great job in keeping the corporate office in touch with the entire BRMi team.
