Pros

-Great professional atmosphere. Business casual and summer-time half-day Fridays. -Reasonable deadlines. Project management is top-notch, great people to work for and have fun. -Fun projects. Projects such as the Theme Parks or Boeing, or more local companies are fun for those who love their jobs. -Great people. Some of the most brilliant people I ever met. -I will always want to return to work at BRPH if possible. -I received within my first year and appreciate that BRPH recognized my hard work.

Cons

-Initiated a same-day layoff of 25+ employees without notice. Everyone gets money can be a problem. But nobody that was laid off deserved to be told that that very day will be their last.

Family focused. I enjoy the work life balance. Managers and supervisors are fair. Options to improve and move up. Employee owned and you earn stock in the company. Non toxic work environment.

Cons

Some roles don’t have a career ladder in support sections.

There are many opportunities to get involved because the team is very small and the office is struggling. I left due to poor management and leadership. 5 others quit, including the two people who hired me, while I was there.

Cons

Not family-friendly, not a great location if you live in Decatur, not enough pay for what you have to endure.
