Free Lunches, Nothing to really mention.

Cons

All they care about is Money. They fire a lot because of management's lack of performance. Managers' and directors' lack of performance and their continuous failure in management will result in employees' termination. You will face long hours of work to meet projects' deadline with no over-time compensation. Management needs to realize that directors are ruining this work-environment. Directors stab employees in the back for such little gain as promotion. Overall, BRPH is such a terrible place to work and I would not recommend this work atmosphere to anyone.

Family focused. I enjoy the work life balance. Managers and supervisors are fair. Options to improve and move up. Employee owned and you earn stock in the company. Non toxic work environment.

Cons

Some roles don’t have a career ladder in support sections.

Pros

There are many opportunities to get involved because the team is very small and the office is struggling. I left due to poor management and leadership. 5 others quit, including the two people who hired me, while I was there.

Cons

Not family-friendly, not a great location if you live in Decatur, not enough pay for what you have to endure.
