Pros

It is a joy to see tangible work results, such as Client delight from our standard of care due to our quality assurance and quality control measures and from our corporate Design ethos. And, BRPH values family time and healthy living much more than any other Architecture/Engineering firm I have worked for in the past.

Cons

With any corporate growth comes its challenges, and only the most resilient employees are agile enough to thrive. Therefore, it takes a lot of time and hard work to fully understand and master all aspects of your job responsibilities. If you are not one willing to put in the effort, this is not the right company for you.

Family focused. I enjoy the work life balance. Managers and supervisors are fair. Options to improve and move up. Employee owned and you earn stock in the company. Non toxic work environment.

Cons

Some roles don’t have a career ladder in support sections.

There are many opportunities to get involved because the team is very small and the office is struggling. I left due to poor management and leadership. 5 others quit, including the two people who hired me, while I was there.

Cons

Not family-friendly, not a great location if you live in Decatur, not enough pay for what you have to endure.
