Increasing focus on design, ESOP, AEC firm that can leverage great in-house coordination. Ability to work on a wide range of market types including aviation, manufacturing, hospitality, commercial, education, aerospace and defense.

Pros

Family focused. I enjoy the work life balance. Managers and supervisors are fair. Options to improve and move up. Employee owned and you earn stock in the company. Non toxic work environment.

Cons

Some roles don’t have a career ladder in support sections.

Pros

There are many opportunities to get involved because the team is very small and the office is struggling. I left due to poor management and leadership. 5 others quit, including the two people who hired me, while I was there.

Cons

Not family-friendly, not a great location if you live in Decatur, not enough pay for what you have to endure.
