Pros
It's a good company in general, they provide the minimum needed to a daily basis comfort at work. Good equipments, a decent office and that's it.
Cons
Old School management. If you find a better opportunity in another project and try to move, management will not collaborate anyways and will actually stop you. When you start at the company they say you can work in different areas, keep updated but in fact you'll probably work with some Cobol, Java 4 and old things and never have an actual opportunity to grow.
