-The benefits are awesome -No Micromanagement -Great salary -Very flexible -They take care of their employees -Incentives are off the roof (bonuses, beach house allowance, vacation time) -Lovable people

Cons

-Office is outdated -Management could get on your nerves from time to time -Some travel time required -Work load gets low from time to time
