Pros
I get to work on modern cutting edge technologies on a daily basis. Everyone is friendly and it makes going to work a joy, I miss seeing everyone as much because of lockdown but its still good. I trust the CEO to make decisions that are good for the company as a whole, not just him or the C-suite. MJ (the CEO) really gets how to be a compassionate and effective leader. It's a relatively small company so I have a nice sense of community by getting to know most people even outside of the projects I work on. Benefits package is among the best in the area, pay is competitive as well. Work life balance is great, and 4/5 weeks of PTO per year makes that better!
Cons
Can't talk about the work to other people because its government, but hey that's everyone in this area so no big deal.
