Everyone is very welcoming, management has done a great job at getting me involved and traveling to sites to see what I’m working on in real life.

Sometimes projects are thrown at you without an introduction in what is happening and you have to figure it out along the way.

Yearly bonus based on company performance in addition to pay raise based on individual performance. HR very supportive of employees.

Building and office is quite grungy. Some managers shouldn’t be managers as they have little experience in managing people well. Poor behaviors and poor teamwork goes unchecked.
