      Management is very negative, not a supportive environment. Supervisors micromanage down to minutes. Constantly changing policies/procedures but no one provides communication. Refuse to address when and how to obtain a raise. Disciplined for needing a day off or anything in life happens and you are late.

      Cons

      Was told at interview there was room for growth. After hire learned only if you leave the area to a bigger city. Never a raise, never for any of co workers
