Pros

-You have the opportunity to work alongside driven people on interesting projects -Babson has a global focus -You feel like the management really care about you. Babson is a family -Beautiful campus

Cons

Not many... -It's difficult to find an affordable place in Wellesley, so a 30 minute commute s -Some staff have become complacent in their roles, which makes it difficult to execute change (although the management is very supportive of innovation)
