Solid company that cares for its people - Anonymous employee Bachem Employee Review

Not sure why there are these negative reviews, could be a disgruntled employee or two? But the environment is not like this all. In my experience, 2 years in the Vista facility, I have come to find this the place for me. Sure there have been some challenges as this is a new facility for Bachem, but to be fair these are challenges that come with the territory of acquiring a new facility. I’ve seen the progression and how things seem to be running much more smoothly. People are great, management has a realistic vision, and benefits are great!
