Cons
This ties into the positives but the culture change is causing a certain amount of a culture clash. There is a selection of employees who have a negative disposition and a destructive attitude and detrat from the positive progress that is being made. Managers either do not have tools or have not got enough data to measure the improvements and reward the high performers. This is coming, we hear plans for KPIs and metrics but they have been slow to be implemented. Those less positive members of staff are adverse to implementing metrics and are the people on here pointing fingers or being described on here pointing fingers. Without tools to measure performance the lower performers are winning because they are paid to do less than those who carry groups.
