Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Communication is the key in any organization and there are a varieties of ways that employees at Bachem can stay informed. Daily, there are am morning meetings in the OPEX room in Vista, for managers to coordinate the daily activities and align on priorities. Monthly, there are the Vista Site Meetings, where department heads provide information to employees in Vista. Starting in the first quarter of 2019, Bachem will introduce roundtable meetings where employees can sit with the Site Manager to discuss their concerns and dialogue about specific site improvements. Bachem has an open door policy and we encourage you to reach out to the site manager or your department head if you have specific questions or improvement ideas.
