In 2018, Bachem made a significant investment of time and money to provide our managers with training to provide them with the skills needed to develop themselves into great leaders. This effort is continuing in 2019, with Bachem continuing the managers training program and expanding the program to include all levels of the organization. Not only does Bachem intend to develop great managers, we also intend to develop great employees! In addition to the training program, we are working to further develop teamwork by way of team building events and also with efforts outside of the workplace with community service events planned throughout the year. It is our intention to create opportunities for our employees to grow as the company continues to grow. Thank you for sharing your positive experience at Bachem.
