Pros

Started my dev career with Backbone when they decided to take a chance on me. They offered so many opportunities to grow and learn and I was overwhelmed with the positivity and camaraderie of all my colleagues.

Cons

The culture is fun, laid back and very 'Boulder-ish'. I love it, if you are more about strict rules and regulations it's probably not for you...

Backbone is a tight-knit family based in the foothills of the Rockies in Boulder, CO. As an original team member, I was able to see the beauty of a small but mighty team achieving big results!

Cons

The ups and downs of the last few years provided challenges as the team shrunk, grew and shrunk again in size. It was a bit of a rollercoaster.
