Awesome work environment. A Level of Work/Life balance you will struggle to find elsewhere in the industry. Amazing Benefits. We have a studio full of super talented, really passionate, creative people here that love making games. And it makes working here a great experience. Overarching change is slow for most companies, but there is a clear drive that has developed here recently to improve the company by sharing our collective knowledge and experience to establish solid processes and best practices. All in the name of making better and better games.

Cons

Growing from ~10 people to over 100 inside of 5 years is challenging for any company. And, it is clear that there are still some things that need to be learned about how to successfully manage and direct such a large company in such a competitive industry.
