Pros

Backyard Farms is great if you can work well independently. You can listen to music, you get paid breaks, and the work is all reasonable and generally easy. Also, the people are great.

Cons

It can be incredibly hot, and there is often little direction. You have to just know what you're supposed to do most of the time.

"outside" without being in the weather guaranteed minimum 40 hours plus an awesome incentive program and full health benefits. Monday- Friday schedule

Cons

the heat can be a little much on certain days of the summer.
