      Good benefits and Wellness Program

      Cons

      Culture and morale. Culture is chaotic, cliquish, and micromanaged. Constant company changes and transitions (poorly planned, prepared for and executed) cause undue strain, pressure and shattered morale. This company is not progressive at all. Very "good old boy" company. Employees insights are not valued. Employees are not valued. "Don't like it, get another job" is common attitude. Nearly impossible to advance.

      Pros

      Decent benefits & long standing company. Some supportive departments and managers.

      Cons

      Depends which dept you work in but others are led by awful leadership. Micromanaging, meetings without clear direction, changing initiatives every few days, gossip, retaliation, very toxic environment. I would say really read the reviews of the department you are working in. Had I recognized early on just how horrible the service department was ran, I would never have joined this team.
