      Lots of change, while aligned with the business priorities - if you like to be a part of the design and problem solving, this is a great place for you - if you want it all laid out for you, in might not be.

      Pros

      Decent benefits & long standing company. Some supportive departments and managers.

      Cons

      Depends which dept you work in but others are led by awful leadership. Micromanaging, meetings without clear direction, changing initiatives every few days, gossip, retaliation, very toxic environment. I would say really read the reviews of the department you are working in. Had I recognized early on just how horrible the service department was ran, I would never have joined this team.
