Pros
Liked the people and the community of Badger Meter, Most people wanted to be part of the solution in my view, loved the state of the art fitness center I could work out before or after work and take advantage of some yoga classes. Made my day at work a very pleasant one. Decent work life balance compared to other companies I have worked for in my past.
Cons
There were some issues at the Director and VP level. At times very short-sighted and did not want to see what was really behind the door to find the solution. Was hard to watch the divisions not working together.
