      Pros

      It's run by the CEO as a very small business despite being a great medium size company. This gives the workplace a very family friendly and team oriented environment. People generally really like working here.

      Cons

      People stay around because they like working there, meaning room for advancement isn't always a possibility in some departments, which is unfortunate if you want to work there for a long time and take on more responsibility and work to advance.

      Pros

      Decent benefits & long standing company. Some supportive departments and managers.

      Cons

      Depends which dept you work in but others are led by awful leadership. Micromanaging, meetings without clear direction, changing initiatives every few days, gossip, retaliation, very toxic environment. I would say really read the reviews of the department you are working in. Had I recognized early on just how horrible the service department was ran, I would never have joined this team.
