Badlands Tank Lines is an excellent company to work with and for. They operate with professionalism, strong safety standards, and a great team culture. What really stands out is how well they support and work with National Guard soldiers. They genuinely respect military service and are understanding and flexible with drill schedules and other obligations. The leadership and staff treat Guardsmen with respect and value the discipline, work ethic, and leadership we bring. Training is solid, communication is clear, and the equipment is well maintained. Overall, Badlands Tank Lines is a company that truly takes care of its people and lives up to its values. Highly recommended.

So far I can’t think of any cons.

Money was ok but I had to live in the truck in the desert for a week at a time. No resturants around, no showers available, no toilet. Hot and dusty. I was making 99,000 as an OTR driver and made 115,000 working here. I don't think that it's worth the extra couple of hundred a week.

Harsh working conditions. Main office didn't keep their word about a lateral transfer.
