Pros

Money was ok but I had to live in the truck in the desert for a week at a time. No resturants around, no showers available, no toilet. Hot and dusty. I was making 99,000 as an OTR driver and made 115,000 working here. I don't think that it's worth the extra couple of hundred a week.

Cons

Harsh working conditions. Main office didn't keep their word about a lateral transfer.

Pros

Good equipment and helpful mechanics.

Cons

Overbearing local management, draconian enforcement of irrational policies that no other companies within industry subscribe to. For this reason (alone), driver turnover is more than I've ever seen after decades in the industry. 'All' drivers are unhappy and stressed with few other options in a poor market.
